Module Builder Stopped Adding Fields

I’ve created one Hello World module successfully. Tried starting a second one. Now every time I try and add a field to this second module it just returns and does not add. suitecrm.log has no clues as to an error and error.log in /var/log/apache2 is clean. Any ideas where to start?

version: 7.2.2
os: Ubuntu 14.04

Sorry this is so late, I would try all the standard stuff first, run a quick repair and rebuild, check you permissions etc. Out of interest could you successfully deploy the first attempt?
