Module Bugs - Fields "found_in_release" and "fixed_in_release" problem.

Oops. Turns out this is a feature

-> Admin -> Section “Bugs” -> Releases

Create at least one Release here in the Admin Panel, and it will show up in the dropdown lists of the Bugs Module!
