@amariussi have you seen the new 7.8-beta? Those new features (select columns and filter search) on the list views both open up a pop-up dialog box. It looks like code that you could replicate to achieve your own pop-up with all the commands to manipulate Target Lists that you have now.
It’s just an idea.
