I have freshly installed SuiteCRM Version 7.4.3 on our new server. We are a SalesForce user and now testing out your awesome software!
We set it up on our website which has SSL running, https:// www.oursite.com/crm/
I’ve been trying to import Accounts which we have exported from SF, followed the steps on importing, mapped the fields but on the Step 4: Check for Possible Duplicates after hitting the “Import Now” button, the popup message saying ‘Importing Records…’ would vanish immediately.
I looked into Developer tools and found out this message: Mixed Content: The page at ‘https:// www.oursite.com/crm/index.php’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http:// www.oursite.com/’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
I setup on config.php site_url and host_name: https:// www.oursite.com/crm and ssl: true.
Please can someone pinpoint me why is this happening and what’s the cause? Thank you for time and help!
