Missing Member organizations panel in Account module

We have upgraded to Version 7.11.10 and no where I can find this panel.
Please help to add it back to CRM.

Hello,
Do try to repair rebuild the relationship from admin->repair.
Do you see any error in your suitecrm.log file?

Thank you for your response. I did rebuild and repair.
What error in the log file should I look for?
I have a few queries failed and error loading relationship quotes.

Is there any reason for query fail. What are those errors?

the subpanel not shown, may be of error loading relationship or something.
