Message Board

I am new to SuiteCRM and have recently installed the instance on one of my servers. I love the code and what it could be for my team. Wanted to know if there was a way to add message boards or channels like SlackCRM? I love whats already available and just wanted to add this tool to the fray. Also wanted to know if there was a way to group items/documents/images that are uploaded into folders?

Uploading of images/files into folders - do you mean inside SuiteCRM UI or server?
