Hi guys, is there a tutorial anywhere on how to setup the and limit access to menu options. I would like to display only certain parent menu items and child menu option for cold callers and different ones for the sales team. I have tried using role management but it does give the desired results… could well be me as im new to this software. Any tutorials please?

You should definitely be able to control access to modules via roles.

You can also control menu items via Admin -> Display modules and subpanels and Admin -> Configure Module Menu Filters.
