Their popups have never appeared; I don’t know what they look like. For example, meeting scheduled for 4:45 pm, Reminder popup set to 10 minutes prior, nothing appears. Tried in both Firefox and IE, popup blockers turned off. Advice will be appreciated.

I figured this out. I had not added a user (myself) as an Invitee, a requirement for receiving popups.
