None of the mass updates or exports work. Pick any Contacts, Leads, Accounts, whatever. Click on records, Export. Nothing. Demo v8.3 does nothing. The effect is you can’t export to CSV or update multiple records.
I’m surprised the tests for release don’t check the main menu items for function.
I have the same problem. I select the opportunities and it does not download anything
I’ve tested the new v8.3.1 demo and the mass deletes/export/update do not work. I can delete individual records using the ACTIONS button.
Can anyone else confirm the issue with another setup/browser? I am using Edge and other users tried with Chrome.
