We have thousands of bounced email address and CRM does not process them as expected.
Looks like: FROM address and original body has to be in the bounced back messages… which is not valid for most of the messages.
How someone figured out a workaround in the PHP file ? or Any Plug-in? Is there a manual process to extract email addresses and import them into CRM or update backend tables directly for the invalid column.
