Mail not sent when lead created

Hi team,
We have setup with a multiple workflows to send email to the leads. But now the all workflows are not working. I cant able to find what happened to the suiteCRM.
Please advice.

I assume all of the Workflows were working previously?

Do you know if anything has changed on the Workflows, that could cause them to fail?
(ie, New Conditions that are no longer being met)


Do you know if your Workflows were running On-Save or on the Scheduler?

If via Scheduler, does the “Process Workflow Tasks” Scheduled Job appear to be running in Admin->Schedulers ?


On the failing Workflows, what do you see in the “Process Audit” subpanel?

Are there any items stuck at “Running” / “Queued”
Or any “Failed”?


I think we’ll need some more information to get a clearer picture of this

Could you perhaps send over screenshots of the Workflows that are failing?

Or, do you see anything related in the SuiteCRM Error Log or PHP Error log?
