login button customization

hi,

i have installed suitcrm 8.7 ,it is required to customize login page , i need to add extra labels, images ,i need to know where is CSS file and tpl or html file to make update, I tried change in this css C:\xampp\htdocs\SuiteCRM-8.7.0\public\legacy\themes\default\css\style.css then quick repair and clear cache ,but changes is not reflected,also i have updated login.tpl in C:\xampp\htdocs\SuiteCRM-8.7.0\public\legacy\themes\suite8\tpls also changes don’t appear.
