logichook not calling on activities/calls subpanel save

Hello there

I’m trying to add before_relationship_add logichook, for accounts and calls sub panel.
the same logichook working fine only in calls with before_save, but it not working as expected in subpanel level
how I can call before_relationship_add hook, in subpanel save action

Am I missing any, specific to before_relationship_add hook,

yes, logichook loading/working, but not able to stop saving via java script in before_save,
can we use javascript/load javascript and stop saving record?
