Logging calls: Missing default info

Hi,

I have been logging calls to people, and realized now that instead of every time having to switch to “Full form”, the default info seems to be missing if i compare to SugarCRM:

Or is there somewhere a setting that populates fields with default values when creating a new record?

Values are usually importer automatically when opening the option from within the subpanel.

What version of SuiteCEM, SQL and PHP are you using?
