List view - Default ascending Date Created

Hello Guys

Probably a really simple solution, I just can’t find it!

My client is having issues with a the Leads module List view - it is aways defaulting back to Name order

We would like the default to be Date Created

I have looked into it and can’t find a simple way to get this working, my system and this happens automatically depending on my last search

Hi Taufique,

Ensure the user has reverted back to ‘basic search’ and then click the ‘Clear’ and then ‘Search’ buttons.

This should clear any saved search and revert the sort order default back to date created descending.
