line items undefined labels

Hi,

I did the upgrade to 7.6 and have some issues
The blank admin page I fixed thanks to this forum

Then I could run QBB and had to execute a script to get vardefs synced

But I am still having an issue with line items I will try to describe

  • When I try to create a quote, there is no line item “NONE” :frowning:

  • When I try to add an invoice the two buttons in line item section displays the label “undefined”

  • When I edit any of the existing quotes, all the labels in the line items sections shows “undefined”

As I said before I am running the new version 7.6 over Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

you should try the repair option in the admin menu and check file permissions

I will do it now, I just thought that was already check by the update wizard

No changes after the apply the permissions on the suitecrm directory

Set the following permissions on the SuiteCRM directory(Linux):
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .
sudo chmod -R 755 .
sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

Still having undiffiened on the line items when I am doing edit in quotes, Invoices

And there are no line items when I am creating a quote for example

Anyone else can give me ideas about how to troubleshoot the issue I am having?

You have to change the permissions to the folder /cache/jsLanguage/AOS_Quotes
