Letter Create, nothing happens

Hi,

I work with the latest SuiteCRM. Under “contacts” there is “create letter” function. When I select a contact and this menu item then select them nothing happens.
I have specially created in the PDF templates a template for the module “Contacts”.
When you click the menu point why is nothing happening?

Hi there,

I see you have a translation. Have you tried this in the standard english version? When you click generate letter, are there any errors? Have you set your permissions correctly? What is your environment(MySQL/PHP/Server etc)?
