Leads - v7 vs v8?

I recently upgraded from v7 to v8 of suitecrm.

When entering leads in v7, the leads would be listed from newest to oldest.

I would always be able to find the most recent leads on the top of the list when clicking on the leads section.

No,w in v8, my now leads are mixed up some where in the middle of the list.

Is there a way to list the leads by entry date?

Which list are we talking about here? Dashlet, list view, subpanel of another module?

Isn’t there a way to click the column header to get it to sort?

Or maybe use a filter, because filters also include sorting options.

How I get o th epage is:
Main menu: Sales - then choose Leads
Then, in the submenu of leads, choose view leads.

There ar eways to sort leads:
Name
status
account name
office phone
email
user

When I click on the little box by the bulk action(on the right), it pops up a window showing other columns that can be added. here are none wit a reference to create on such and such a date.

In v7, the were, by default, listed in last entered was on the top of the list.

Ideas?

Try this:

Admin β†’ Studio β†’ Leads β†’ Layouts β†’ List View

Drag Date Modifed and Date Created to Default then Save & Deploy

I found a couple of things.

1 - I did find the date created option. Turned out that it was already selected

2 - The created date was no visible because too many options were already selected, so it did not appear. I removed one and it appeared.
