Hi, I am facing an issue with lead import.
when I am importing a lead I got an error message, I have turned off all the errors and reporting errors. after getting error msg box page reloads

The data in your excel .csv file needs to have the exact same corresponding names as in the CRM system from my past experience.
Did you edit/add these fields before attempting to upload and import your leads data? If not then this might be the reason why it fails.
Note that it has to be a .csv file too and not a xls format.

check suitecrm.log file , there must be few lines at bottom regarding this.
