When a lead is converted to a contact with an account, I would like the lead status to remain ‘New or have another status from the dropdown menu’ how can I achieve this? because when I convert a lead automatically status change to “converted”, please help.
Well at the point of conversation everything to moved to a contact, so any new info including the status of the user would be preferable to have on the contact no? Ether way I would suggest not editing the default field as it’s used by core code and changing it could have and adverse effect but add another via studio, if you need any help with that let me know
