Layout error after installing version 7.13.1

Hello friends
I’m installing the suitecrm 7.13.1 in the provider HOSTGATOR and at the end all the screens have the visual misconfigured. When reading about this deficiency on forums some people say it’s chmod error - Can anyone tell me which files I need to chmod before installation to get this error fixed? Note: Hostgator Hosting, Windows Sql. Version 7.13.1 is the only one I want to install. Thanks if you can help me.
