Knowledge Base User Portal

Hi all, we are looking to migrate to SuiteCRM. I can’t understand if SuitCRM is able to host a public Knowledge Base User Portal to keep user manual and technical documentation (like: Knowledge Base Module – FreeScout). I can see the use of Cases and Knowledge Base articles from the documentation, but these are private articles? Or can they be accessed and searched from a portal?

If is something that does not exist, can you suggest a plugin to do so? Or maybe an integration of some sort with WikiJS?

You can use the API to integrate with the portal. SuiteCRM is a flexible and easily customizable system. Check out the documentation. This is the documentation for SuiteCRM 7.

I believe the free AOP Portal also let’s registered users access KB articles.
