Just upgraded from 7.9.xx to 7.10.xx

I just upgraded from 7.9.xx to 7.10.xx and my layouts and everything are all messed up. Here’s a picture of what it looks like:

I tried messing with permissions a bit but not sure what permissions to mess with. I don’t understand why a simple upgrade would have caused this.

Looks like typical cache issue. Remove cache and retry. If that’s not working, try permissions.

sudo chmod -R 755 .
sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php
