Hi,

javascript/jquery has stopped working on my suitecrm.

All “Cancel” links, popups and other similar events not working.

Giving “SUGAR is not defined” error message on error console.

Please help as soon as possible.

please provide your system’s config and version, this is happening after what? upgrade? did you check your file permissions? did you try to run a quick build & repair? repair javascript files?

Hi,

It is after I did quick build & repair, Rebuild Javascript Languages, Rebuild JS Compressed Files, Rebuild JS Grouping Files and Rebuild Minified JS Files on my suitecrm.

did you check your file permissions? check your webserver’s logs. Can you try aldo with a different browser?
