issues changing columns shown on Dashlets

I am trying to change the default columns shown in MY LEADS to show Account name instead of Email address

two questions…

  1. what do I do when the SAVE button isn’t visible on my screen, and when I try to scroll, the page behind the pop-up scrolls instead of the pop-up window that has a save button down below where I can’t get to it

  2. I tried going to a larger monitor - and that worked - but now the Dashlet only shows my new columns on that one computer, not on my phone or laptop, both of which had the problem described in #1

Which brings up a third question:

  1. I would expect that any changes to settings would be for each user, not each users device - is there a way to make anything I do as me on any device follow me between devices?
