Hello, has anyone experienced the following: when scheduling an email campaign and sending it at a specific time, it says ‘Scheduled’, but it does not get delivered at the set time? Is there any way to fix this?

can you tell us a bit more about your system?
What version do you use?
Does the delivery work at all, just not at the correct time?
You’ve setup the cronjob and alternatively the schedulers in 8.9 and that’s working?
And what is your servers time zone and what’s yours?

We finally found the issue: the campaign status was set to ‘planning’, not ‘active’. This meant that even when scheduling and receiving positive feedback, it did not trigger but was ignored. Thank you both for your prompt responses and for your willingness to help.
