Is there any hotline module ?

I have been using SugarCRM since version 5.x
Now, I just upgraded this CRM to the SuiteCRM version 7.x

Does anyone know if there is a simple “hotline” module ?

I just want my support team to register any calls in/out with the correct contact.

Eventually, to do the same for the emails (in/out).

Any idea ?

There is no module like this out of the box, calls/meetings are normally used for logging inbound/outbound calls/meetings etc.
