Is there a way to customize dashlets for groups or all users

As the admin, can I create customized dashlets and share these dashlets on each of my users? It would be great to be able to do that instead of customizing each time on each new user.

When I create dashlets for myself, I would like for them to show up for other users. In addition, can the dashlet tabs be rearranged in a different order after they are created?

You will require to access the DB Tables directly. If you do have access for that, then this below thread will help you
