I try to find a solution to manage target list dynamically :
I set a workflow to automatically add contacts to a target list (based on a custom field condition, i.e. “never contacted”. But when I change this field to another value (i.e. “already contacted”), the contact stays in this list.
Any tips to make it removed automatically ?
My first idea was to set another workflow to verify if the condition “never contacted” is false, and an action that remove the related contact from the list, but it seems it’s not possible to do this kind of action (unless I didn’t understood well…?)
Another solution could be to set a schedule that automatically empty this target list periodically, which would be repopulated by the previous workflow, keeping it up to date. But I didn’t clearly undestood the management of schedule, because it seems only made to trigger a limited number of premade actions…
Anyone can help on this matter ?
