Just a quick question. We have several accounts with 2,000-3,000 emails in their history. Is there a way to be able to purge these without going into each one individually and deleting them. Thanks for the help.

I have no understand the database shema of email … there are many table for this.
But if you understand this… you can simply make a scheduler who run every month for sample and run a SQL query to delete for sample all email with a date before Or loop for all account, and delete old message.
The problem is find (understand) the relationship for all “emails” table
