IP-telephony. solutions.

Please advice regarding IP-telephony usage in SuiteCRM version 7.4 and higher.
Are there any known and successful solutions exist, free or/and chargeable?

Earlier we tried to set up the IP-telephony processes in SuiteCRM version 7.7.4 (and 7.8.) using the Asterisk Connector (https://store.suitecrm.com/addons/Suitecrm-Asterisk-Plugin/downloads). As a result, Asterisk initiate the outcome calls and the call reach out the recipient, but the Pop-up window with the account info or contact info does not appear.
Do someone know how to successfully set up this function in SuiteCRM, please?
