"Invalid File Reference" error on documents

Hi all,

I have encountered an issue with documents in SuiteCRM Version 7.2.1.

I tried to create a document which I would like to send by mail (template). However, when hitting the save button the system says that the upload went fine. When trying to open the document all I get is a blank screen with the error “Invalid File Reference”. I already tried to chmod the cache and upload folders to 777, but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue.

Help would be appreciated!

Sounds like it could not save correctly. Check permissions, file extensions, contents.

I would also now recommend upgrading to 7.2.2.
