Internal Server Error with Upgrade Wizard

I use a sugarcrm 6.5.16 Version and use the SuiteCRM-Upgrade-6.5.x-to-7.0.2.zip to try to upgrade from SugarCRM to SuiteCRM.
The upload starts as usual and ends on 100% with an ā€œInternal Server Error Messageā€.

I already tried all tricks found in the forum concerning problems with the upgrade wizard without any resultā€¦

Memory Limit is 128M
upload Limit is 60M
repair done.
display PHP Errors: No Errors occur

All other upgrade procedures went fine (from 6.2 to 6.3, from 6.3 to 6.4 and from 6.4 to 6.5)

Any idea ? Any help ? Any suggestions ???

Iā€™m really distressed, cause I now spent several hours just in trying to move to the so much-heralded SuiteCRM

Hi there,

When you edit your php.ini settings, you need to restart your web server. What is your Server/MySQL/PHP setup?

the server was restartedā€¦

PHP Version 5.3.3
MySQL: 5.1.73

I just tried it again, but the same resultā€¦
