Installing from last 10 hours but still going on

Hello,

I am installing the suite CRM from last 10 hours on my web hosting but it’s show installing status only. Need to know that how much time it will take or it has some issues with installation.

It will hardly take 5 to 10 min. if you have correct permission and pre-requisite installed on your server.

should I stop the old installation and start with new one. what you suggest. I have attached the current progress screen shot.

You should first check the error on your apache log.
Yes, first find a reason. why it was not working. You may check the configuration of your server with pre-requisite.
