Hi,

I Installed on our server but while we click on any place and menu we get first undefined and Loading and rest of button are disabled in calender and other menu too.

If you have any IDEA how to removed it else have any solution. please send me on my email id.

Hi Chandan,

What is your Server/PHP/MySQL setup? Have you set the following recommended permissions:

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .

sudo chmod -R 755 .

sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

Do you have specifics of your setup? Versions etc? Are you running on localhost/WAMP or a hosted server? What do you mean by “And we did not get correct as we show in demo site. please look my attached images.”. Have you tried performing a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.

Are you aware of any other processes running on your server which may be causing the CRM to bottleneck? Have you set the recommended permissions? Are you using a hosted server or a localhost/wamp server?
