Installation of Suitecrm 7.8.4 and 7.9 shows as mobile version

Hi

I downloaded and installed version of 7.8.4 and 7.9
Installation was correct but when I see the login and the dashboard it looks like a mobile version

Please I need to fix that

I don’t know what you mean, maybe if you can post a screenshot?

Sometimes a Quick Repair and Rebuild, and resetting permissions, helps the stylesheets load correctly.

Also, you can try it in a different browser to see if it makes any difference.

Yes you probably need to fix your permissions.

What version of Linux are you using? And what version of SuiteCRM?

Can you please also post the results of this command (run if on the SuiteCRM root directory):

ls -al

Hi,
7.9 have only last template

You have “cache” (and probably permission issue)… you must “delete” content of the cache folder…
You must choose the right template.
You must corrige permission
You must do a quick repair rebuild

You can test in “developper mode”
