What will have to be specified in the manifest file to get Sugar Modules to load in SuiteCRM? Does it require special idendification or just the comparable SugarCRM version number? Meaning Suite 7.0 would load Sugar 6.5.15 modules?, 7.0.1 would load 6.5.16, etc?

For current SuiteCRM versions, this is correct, SugarCRM version numbers are used. For future SuiteCRM versions, this may change to the SuiteCRM version number itself.
