The basic configuration is ok attaching files, also attach the file with all the mistakes that I had during the installation. Going forward I can get in but missing Suite CRM modules such as Project etc. …
Can you tell me what can be the reason?

Hi there,

What permissions are set on your SuiteCRM instance? Can you access Admin -> Repair to perform a Quick Repair & Rebuild?

Thanks,

Will.

It is allowed, I run the job Quick Repair and Rebuild, I attach the result of the work.
Thanks for the support

Hi there,

The repair has run successfully. Are you still experiencing your issues?

If so, can you attach the sugarcrm.log file located in the main SuiteCRM directory?

Thanks,

Will.

After work Quick Repair and Rebuild are still missing modules. I enclose install.log file and sugarcrm.log
Thanks for the support

I can not attach the log file. I try with a file. zip

Hello Will, you understand better my problem from the log files?

Hi there,

What permissions are set on your SuiteCRM instance?

Thanks,

Will.

Permissions installation folders or software? The folders are installed on the machine under Windows XP - Xampp. The software has the default settings, just installed. I hope I have understood your question.
Thanks for the support

Hi there,

You need to set file/folder permissions on your SuiteCRM instance for it to function properly. Do you have FileZilla? There are great guides online on how to set permissions on files/folders.

The permissions for SuiteCRM are as follows:

755 on the entire SuiteCRM directory/subdirectory

775 for the following folders: cache, custom, modules, themes, data, upload, and config_override.php

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Will.

Thanks Will, but this is possible to do it on linux server. I work in localhost on the Windows machine. The permissions should be 777 to default. Am I wrong?

Hi there,

If you are working from Linux, you can set the following recommended permissions:

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .

sudo chmod -R 755 .

sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

Thanks,

Will.

Thanks Will, maybe you do not understand what I wrote before. I work on windows localhost.
Excuse my English.
On windows permissions should be defaul 777 for all folders.

Hello Will, I installed on the web server by following your instructions. Installation errors are gone, now it’s ok. But I can not get the menu modules

  • Project;
  • Bugs;
  • Security Management Groups.
Or should there be a fee? I do not understand why did not I view them.
    There’s something to be activated?
    Thanks for the support.

Hi there,

Navigate to Admin -> Display modules and subpanels. Are they hidden? If so drag across to display them.

Thanks,

Will.

Thank you!
