Install stucks at License Acceptance

Hi

I have tried to install suite CRM to http://technomango.com/crm/ but even I accept the License Acceptance page the next button is not working.

Can you please let me know what can cause the problem.

Thanks for the quick answer.

Yes I should think so. However this line: chown -R www-data:www-data did not work for me.

This chgrp ApacheUser.ApacheGroup -R gives me the error chgrp: invalid group `ApacheUser.ApacheGroup’

Also strangely there is no config.php in the zip file. is that normal and created during install?

It is just strange as I have installed it once on bluehost withouth any ownership change and it worked.

Yes, the config is created during install.

What is your OS platform?

Did you download the package from the website download link or from sourceforge/github?

What hosting provider are you using? There are users on the SugarCRM forums with similar issues.

Hi Peter,

If you perform Inspect Element in your browser you will see there is a reference error related to Yahoo. This is most likely related to your permissions which we recommend you set to the following:

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .

sudo chmod -R 755 .

sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

If you cannot set permissions, it may be worth contacting your hosting provider if your website/CRM is on a hosting plan.
