Inquiry About Upgrade Path from SuiteCRM v7.15 to v8.x

I’ve noticed that there is currently no official upgrade package available for SuiteCRM version 7.15 to 8.9.x, as listed on the SuiteCRM Releases page.

Since version 7.15 supports PHP 8.4, I’m wondering if there are any plans to introduce an upgrade package in the future — for example, from v7.15 to v8.10 or newer versions — to provide a smoother transition path for users on the latest supported PHP environment.

@suitecrm_team Could you please confirm if such an upgrade package is planned or under consideration?

The direct upgrade path from SuiteCRM 7.15 to the 8.x series is officially planned for the 8.10 release.

Since version 7.15 was released as a special Extended Support Release, the specific migration path for version 8 is being finalised for this upcoming 8.10 release.
