Inbox doesn't show emails properly

Hello. I’m having a problem with my inbox of e-mails on SuiteCRM. The tree shows the number of e-mails at the inbox, but when I click, it shows nothing. And my boxes are also inverted, I think my inbox is actually being stored at my archived e-mails box

Did anyone have this same problem?

Which version of SuiteCRM are you on, by chance?

There have been issues with Email in the past, so it would be advised to be on the more recent versions.
(If you aren’t already)


On my local copy of 7.11.20, it seems to show the correct Emails when I change mailbox in the Emails Module

Would you be able to give some screenshots/steps to replicate?
