Inbound email stopped working


Sometime yesterday, the inbound email stopped working. Currently, we are not using cases, yet, so I don’t know if that part is working. We have an email address set up for an inbound group email account. Normally, these are picked up every 5 minutes and attached to either to account or the contact with the To address (Email Archiving). When I go into the email module, I see the inbound email group account. New messages are not show up there. The new message are getting picked up, because the inbox is clear. Is there a process that is hung up I can look at?


I figured out my own problem, and I feel pretty foolish. I had a test system set up and the test system was “stealing” the emails.
