Inbound Email - Sending two emails

When an email is sent to a monitored email box which in turn creates a new case, SuiteCRM sends two emails out. One using the email To and Reply To addresses I have specified in the Inbound Email form. Then another from the base CRM email account specified in Email Settings form for Outbound Email Configuration. The only emails sent using SugarCRM were the ones specified to send in Inbound Email config, which is what I would prefer. Please advise how to disable the redundant email.

I just turned off the inbound email Sugar functionality to send an email and then use AOWorkflow to do what I want. This can be marked as closed.
