Welcome to community , glad to see you here.

Looks like php-imap extension is not enabled at your server , so if you have server access. enable that extension.

For Ubuntu, solution would be like this., let’s say PHP version is 7.4

1)apt-get install php7.4-imap
2) service apache2 restart.
