Inbound email attachments not importing

The CRM shows there is an attachment for an email however in the subpanel and notes there is not an attachment?

please help… CRON jobs are running, nothing in the logs, permissions are set correctly.

Which version? If it is 7.9 or 7.9.1, wait for the next version - there are bugs in email module.

it is 7.9.1, however i have 2 CRM running the same version however 1 works when importing the other doesnt. Thanks for your help

There was one user that solved similar problems simply by going into the configuraiton of the user’s inbound accounts, disabling the account, and then enabling again.

If that doesn’t work, then try to find a similar issue in GitHub (search also closed issues) and maybe there is an easy fix to apply manually.
