Is there anyway for leads or opportunities that have not been updated by a user in a set amount of time to be tracked?
I tried solving this problem by creating a field in the Leads module called “Activity” and made it a drop-down with only two entries: Active and Inactive. I then tried to create a workflow that set the activity to inactive if the date modified field reaches a certain interval from now to the previous date modified. The other workflow I created set the Activity field back to active if the lead was recently updated.
I can’t seem to get this to work because as I’ve tested these workflows on a test interval of one minute the lead won’t revert to inactive like it should.

Can anyone give me some advice as to how to solve this problem?
