How to show the name instead of the email address in the filter popup.

Which module do you see this on, by chance?
I’ve had a look at a few and it seems to show the usernames:
Do your users use the email address as their Username?
Or, perhaps, are you aware of any customizations that have been made around the filter view or users module?

I can see this issue in all modules.
Do your users use the email address as their username? - yes, we use email address as a username
Or, perhaps, are you aware of any customizations that have been made around the filter view or user module? - it can be possible but I am not aware of the changes
where should I see to resolve this
In user profile, Advanced tab, there is an option called Show Full names which possible affects this
