impossible ton install on wamp

Hello,
I have a problem to install Suitecrm sur Wamp.
My versions :
Wamp 3.1.9
Apache : 2.4.39 - Port defined: 80
PHP 7.3.5
SQL 5.7.26

And I have a page with this :

I believe your there is a compatibility issue with your PHP version

create an “upload” directory manually. It will be installed then.
