When I select an email, click import, and select an account, another random email gets imported and not the one I selected. Anyone else experiences this? Any resolutions to this?
yes, my users have seen that - but only for emails from the users SENT folder - not Inbox.

There was a similar thread going on at the Github community and fortunately, they’ve also found a fix.

It seems like the problem is persistent because of the SuiteCRM version you are using.

The Github thread I mentioned in my previous answer has the solution.
The problem is arising because the imported email shares the same UID (unique identification number of a email in a IMAP folder).
You need to select the unique parameters in order to import right email.
