Hi, I’m trying to import some records using the sample CSV files available in SuiteCRM but for some reason when I click on " [Download Import File Template]" I receive a message with “Exports Disabled.”
Does anyone has a clue about this? Any help will be really appreciatted.

Hi, welcome to the Community! 
I checked the code and that is coming from Security Groups restrictions. You can confirm this by trying with the Admin user, it should allow you.
then you can fix it by tweaking the Roles and Security Groups.
